Fiona has been teaching for several years across the primary sector. Having begun her school career as an LSA, she has a solid foundation of good classroom practice and in particular effective use of support staff. Fiona has recently enhanced her leadership experience through her role as Assistant Head and is an integral part of the leadership team of a high performing school. Having recently completed her National Professional Qualification in Senior Leadership, Fiona has used her experience and knowledge to  coach many colleagues including graduate trainees and ECTs. Her particular passion is in developing children’s love of reading and, as such, has developed a highly effective whole school approach recently acclaimed by Ofsted.
