Jo has had a number of years’ experience, primarily within EYFS and KS1 settings but latterly as Head of School of a primary school causing concern.
Her coaching philosophy and approach to staff development has successfully managed change and secured rapid school improvement.
Jo is also an accredited safeguarding trainer.
