Ruyan is an experienced primary practitioner, with a number of years’ experience in various leadership roles. She has extensive leadership and management experience across all primary phases and has used this to support two high performing schools as well as supporting other schools causing concern. Ruyan adopts a coaching style and has had significant success driving school improvement in the settings she has worked in.
