Sophia has a number of years’ experience as a class teacher across the primary sector. Having recently completed her National Professional Qualification for Leading Teacher, Sophia has further developed her mentoring experience and has successfully enhanced her instructional coaching techniques. In addition, she has a wealth of experience as maths subject lead, currently working in collaboration with maths specialists to further improve standards of teaching, learning and achievement.
